BarStar is a a private internal loyalty platform for Heineken that lets bar staff throughout Ireland take part in periodic competitions in order to win prizes. This gives Heineken a direct line to the people selling their products and helps build a community around their brand.
Built specifically for this use-case, a fully-fledged private web application allows Heineken to manage and promote competitions and content to bar staff around the country, giving away regular prizes and boosting brand loyalty and engagement throughout the country.
